The program is broken into phases and steps that you will progress through chronologically. You may find that you may need to repeat steps or even phases as you learn more and more about who you really are. This is normal and natural–our true selves are constantly evolving, and progress is not linear.
The program is comprised of twelve steps, broken into three phases.
The first phase is about discovery and remembering who you really are. These steps are to be completed without judgment. This phase may takes weeks to months to complete.
Introspection: Discovering self– steps 1-4
At the end of this phase, participants should have completed the self discovery to know what it would mean for them to be authentic
Step 1: Baselining
Step 2: Who are you? Who do you wish to be?
Step 3: Value exercise, what is important to you? Why? Understand the root of that
Step 4: Relationship Survey
- Who is in your circle(s)?

The next phase is about alignment, by aligning your actions and behavior to the authentic you.
Actions: Aligning to your authentic self– steps 5-9
At the end of this phase, participants should have aligned the structural parts of their life and put in practices to live an authentic life
Step 5: Identify actions that align with your authentic self
- Build a month plan that includes these actions
- Identify easy and difficult actions
Step 6: Relationship realignment
- Who do you want to be in each circle?
- Changing your relationships to be more authentic
Step 7: Setting boundaries, externally and internally
Step 8: Finding something to believe in
- What do you believe in?
- Create your mantra/creed
The final phase is about living, by building patterns around your new actualized self.
Practice: living your actualized self–steps 9-12
At the end of this phase, participants should have built and practice a long term plan to be actualized
Step 9: Mindfulness (maybe this is after)
Step 10: Review and refine
- When does your authentic selves conflict
- How are you compromising

- Create a new plan, new goal
Step 12: Two Month Check-In
